Founded in 1950, the AUC of Maryland has been an industry leader in promoting and developing safe and efficient water and waste water systems for the citizens of Maryland. The Association is comprised of a majority of the utility contractors, heavy equipment dealers and material suppliers in the Central Maryland area.

AUC committees are involved in developing construction specifications and addressing the infrastructure needs of the following jurisdictions:

• Harford County
• Howard County
